Hi, I dont know why I even bother to post in here as no one ever read my blogs. But it is one way to get things off of my mind. I guess my blog is not very exciting enough for anyone to read it. I know it is the "same ole same" but I do live a dull life. But what do you exspect of "A Seventy-eight year old Granny"????
As I stated in the above not much going on in my life. I did enjoy Mothers Day very much. My daugher gave me a pretty plant and she put out my flowers in my flower beds and help me do my baskets on the deck. My deck looks so pretty!!!! My son in GA sent me a Michael certificat I know that I can put to use. My son in Alabama and his wife came up to see me and brought me a bamboo chimes and all different colors of candle wax in a jar. My son also went to barbeque place and bought barbeque and slaw and works to go with it for lunch. He didnt want me to cook on mother day. My grandaughter also called me that night and my son in Ga. also called me. A very good day that I enjoyed so much.
I am looking forward to my trip to New York. Beth and I will be flying in a month to see our dear friend Jane. Jane has really planned an iteninery for us. Jane lives in upper New York stae and we will take a train into NY city on Tues and see Phanton of the Opera and site seeing on Wednesday and back to her house on Thursday and she will take us site seeing in Newburgh where she lives. I can hardly wait for June to come and get away for awhile. I will make a lot of pictures and if this darn blog will let me upload them I will do so. I havent been able to figure out how to upload pictures yet, but maybe my daughter Beth can do it.
I am caught up in all of my art swaps. I guess I will work on my shipping tags book that I am hosting for June first. It is hard to stay inside of my studio when it is so pretty outside. I just want to sit outside on my deck and watch the yellow finchs on their bird feeder that we have for them. They are so pretty. I have tried to make a picture of them but they fly away if I get too close to them. We have had a few hummingbird also. I need to fill my feeders up for the humming birds. They have been getting nectar from all of my hanging baskets. It is so pretty here today and the temperture is very nice just in the seventies. Oh I do want to go outside but guess I will finish my tags for Summer Fun shipping tag book.
Hope I havent bore any of you with this blog.

April 30,2007
It is finally summer I hope so. I have been real busy today. I thought I better clean my house. I done that the first thing this morning. I was through cleaning by noon. I havent been doing anything excited this past week. A good friend of mine passed away with lung cancer. I went to the funeral home and also took food to her daughters house and stayed and prepare the food and clean up the kitchen. I will sure miss my friend. She was a dear friend and a hard working woman of 74 years old.
I did get Colleens tip in pages done for her book. They turned out fairly good as I am just learning to collage. I done the pages in Vintage women and musicians. I have several more trades to do now. I am going to try cabinet cards next. Hope I am able to do these. I have been looking at some pictures of cabinet cards.
Well tomorrow will be the first of May. Just a month and a half before Beth and I leave to go see our dear friend Jane in Newburgh N.Y. I am really looking forward to seeing her and New York city. June the 17th is the day we fly out to Newburgh. It will be here before we realize it.
I am looking forward to putting some more flowers out and more hanging baskets when Beth gets done in her yard. She will come up and help me put out some flowers. My dh has the planters all ready with gravel and we will sit pots around in the beds. It is so much easier for us to do this as we arent able to pull weeds and the plastic under the gravels keeps the weeds out of the gravel beds on each side of the deck steps. I need about four more hanging baskets for my deck and also some pots with flowers to sit around on the deck. I hope Beth gets through with her planting today as she is off from work today. Maybe we can do some of mine this coming week. We have to go to our DRI stamping work shop this saturday so I guess it will be Saturday week.
Well just thought I post a little bit and try to load some pictures in here of my tip in pages.
Have a good day.

Hope you haven't forgotten me dear friends
Hi all, yes I finally decided I had to change over to Google as I couldn't get into my blog. I know it has been ages since I have posted in here. I have been so busy that I just didn't take the time to change over. But here I am trying to post what all has gone on since I last posted.
I had another birthday in February it was a wonderful birthday. I received over 50 cards from all of my friends in all of the different clubs that I belong to. My two sisters came out to celebrate our birthdays as we all was borne in February. As I once told you we are called The Golden Girls, but the oldest golden girl ended up in the ER. She was very dizzy and heart rate was 170. She is doing fine now. Our celebration was cut short as she stayed in the hospital for 3 days. No we didnt have any Bloody Marys LOL. My friends in ATC Group made me a beautiful shipping tag book for my birthday as they called me The Shipping Tag Queen LOL.
March has been a very cold and rainy days. The only good days were the days that Beth and I went to Tunica and I know that she told this in her blog also. But I just had to say it again I hit the Jackpot and won $5000.00. This will be spent for our trip to see Jane in New York our dear friend. We are leaving June 17 and will be back June 23. Jane has planned so much for us to do while we are there. We are going into New York city for two days and will see Phanton of the Opera and sight see. I am really looking forward to our trip to New York with Beth. We always have such a good time on our trips. Beth is my wonderful daughter and friend also.
I had an awful scare with my husband night before last. His blood sugar dropped down and he had a seigue and had to call 911. The EMTS worked with him and gave him sugar through IV and by the time he had arrived at ER he was to himself. Beth was there for me and my neighbors also came and help me. Dont know what I would do without my Beth and my Neighbors. No I want leave him alone as I am afraid his blood sugar will drop again as his kidneys are going downhill fast due to his dibetic condition. I am afraid that he will have to go on the kidney machine forgot the term for it LOL. His son is coming from Oklahoma to stay with him while I am going to NY. His son is so good to come and help us out. He came and got his Dad and took him back to Oklahoma to spend two weeks with him and his brother back in March. I dont know what we would do without his son and Beth.
Well I guess this just about tells all that has happened in my life for past couple of months. Just the same ole same ole. Thank goodness it has turned warm here and Beth and I went to plant nursey yesterday and I bought 6 hanging baskets full of flowerw to hang on my deck. Beth spent the night with me last night and we sone some art projects and she went home this morning to work in her yard and put all her flowers out in flower beds. She has a beautiful yard full of flowers and yes she has a green thumb. She always comes every spring and does my flower beds as I am not able to do all of the planting. This old back and leg want let me, I use to do it all and I so enjojed it so much and miss not being able to dig in the dirt and put out flowers. It is awful to hit the Golden Years I think they should leave the G off of Golden and have Olden Years LOL.
Goodnight all and hope I havent bored you too much. See you later and will try to post some pictures later.

Been Busy as a Bee
Gee, I cant believe that I haven't posted in here since January 14. I have been a very busy old lady. I have finally caught up in all of my art projects as of tomorrow. I have made a lot of ATCS,Quilt Squares, birthday cards. I am making my two sisters an albumn of us three. We were all born in the month of February and our family calls us The Golden Girls. We always get together to celebrate our birthdays. I have gone back and found pictures of us from the time we were little girls until now the present time. I bought three albums at a Craft Fair last year. They ore wooden covers and I put Gesson on them and then two layers of metalic gold paint. With letters on the front cover Goldens Girls. I hope they will like these Albums. I will make a picture of these later on. February is a busy month for me in making birthday cards and gifts. My daughter Beth was borne Fe15, my son Feb3, my two sister Feb 3, and 10th. My daughter inlaw also in February. I always try to make them something to give to them. And of course I was borne in Februaryk also. I have also been busy hosting a valetime shipping tags book. I am now trying to put the book together and mail out to the 12 gals that sent 12 tags in for the book.
I may go down to Beths house friday night and we will do more art projects. We have such a good time working in our arts together. You know two heads are better than one. I will go if we dont have any more snow here. It is just cold here now 26.
Beth and I met Rosie last thursday in Franklin, Tenn at Hobby Lobby and we shopped until we got hungry. Rosie treated us to Mexican Lunch. We had a lot of fun shopping and eating. Rosie you are a dear and thanks so much for the lunch.
Theres not much going on in my life, just the same ole same ole. I have gotten some relief from having a nerve block done on my back two weeks ago. Went to my doctor today and he was so glad that I had gotten relief from the awful pain. I can shop more now LOL.
I am so tired of this darn old cold weather. I will be so glad "When Spring Has Sprung". I hate the months of January and February and Old Arhtur hates it too. I will be glad to see March roar in like a lion. My husband is planning on going out to Oklahoma to see his sons in March. Beth will be off for spring break the week he is going and Beth and I may just take a little trip to the mountains or Tunica. I am hoping my old leg and back will be doing ok for me to go. We are also planning on going to see our Friend Jane in New York this June if my old leg with let me.
It is getting late now and I need to hit the sack. I will post some pictures later on this week of some of my arts.
Stay warm and nite

Saturday January 14,3007
It is a gloomy old day. The sun isnt shinning and it puts me kinda out of sorts. I have been cleaning this house some today as it really needed it bad. I have been so busy trying to catch up in my art swaps that I just forgot about house work. I hate house work anyway much rather do my arts. I guess at my age house work and cooking soon gets old to you and sometimes just care if the house gets cleaned or not. But I do clean it anyway LOL. I hate cleaning the bathrooms and that is a job that is needed every day or so. I dont do windows !!!! just toilets!!!!!
I am going down to Beths house tomorrow to get away for a little while and I will spend the night with her. We are planning on working on our art projects. She will come after me as we are suppose to have a bad stormy rainy day tomorrow and I dont drive in rain. It is to turn colder after the rain. Beth is hoping the rain will turn into snow and I will get snowed in at her house and she want have to go to work. Dream on Beth!!!!
I am going to try to post some pictures of some of my arts that I have been working on this past week. If not successful in doing so I will just give up on trying to post the pictures in here. So keep your fingers crossed that I will be able to do so. If not maybe when Beth comes up here she can do the job for me.
Hope every one has a good weekend. I know I will at Beths!!!!

January 9,2007
Hello, just thought I would drop in for awhile. It is 11:15 P.M. I really need to hit the sac but not really sleepy. I have been really working in my arts this week and last week. I have made a lot of ATCS cards for swaps that I sign up for and also made a Birthday Card. I will start on making the covers for the Valentine Shipping Tags Books that I am hosting in a group. We have made the Fall Shipping Tags Book and The Christmas Shipping Tags book. They have all turned out so pretty. Our next shipping tags book will be Spring and then Summer. There are usually 10 that signs up for these swaps so that mean 20 covers to make for the books and put the pages together that are sent to me which are 110 pages. I really enjoy doing these books and dont mind doing them as I get to see all of the books after they are put together. It is so much fun to see all of the great art work as we have so many great artist in this group.
The weather is something more here. It rained yesterday and today it has turned cold here. The wind has really been blowing something awful. In Nashville they had a few snow flakes and a little sleet but didnt stick to the ground. It will get down in the 20s tonight. Good night to snuggle LOL. Not much going on in my life just the same old same old day in and day out. I did go to my back Dr. this past monday and I will have a nerve blockage next Wednesday week. That isnt too much fun as they inject steroids into my spine to block a nerve that spine is closing up on the nerve. It is just about all they can do for me. It does relieve the pain but doesnt cure the Spinal Stenoises Disease that I have in my spine column. The injection does give me about 4 months of pain reliefs. Just glad that they can do that for me. Well so much for the latest on my health.
I would love to post some of my arts in here but I dont have much success in doing so. Maybe when Beth comes up here she can post some for me. I just cant get the hang on how to do all of this blogging. Beth is so smart and can do most everything in here. I have tried to post some pictures and some came up ok but some didnt come up. Guess I need to take some lessons on blogging. I have tried to go and read some of the blogs but not very successful in doing that either.
Guess I better hit the sac now. Nite to all and have a good Month Of January.

Waiting For The New Year
Well I am sitting heare waiting for the New Year 2007. Hoping and praying that 2007 will be a better year for not just me but for every one. We usually go to our neighbor's house for New Year Eve, but I took a tumble yesterday and bruised my bad old leg. I just didnt feel up to getting dress and fixing a cover dish to take. I guess this the first time that we have'nt gone to our neighbors house in over 6 years. They are really good neighbors and they really watch after us. When I fell yesterday my husband couldn't get me up off of the floor and he called them. They came right down and took me to ER. Thank goodness I didnt break any bones just bruised up my old bad leg. I am feeling better tonight but just sore.
I wanted to do some art work but just didnt feel up to it today. Hope that I will be up to it tomorrow. I bought some DVDS for my husband for Christmas so we watch those, I mean I watch the movies my husband slept through both of the movies. So I had a lonely New Eve Night.
It is 11:30 right now and husband has gone to bed for the night after I roused him up out of his recliner to take our dog Sassy out to potty. A great New Eve evening I must say. I have always enjoyed going to our neighbors house as we all had so much fun and great food. I really miss not going this new year eve and I know they understood why I wasnt able to come as they are my helpers when I need them. I guess I am just feeling sorry for myself. Didn't mean to cry on anyones shoulders.
I do hope every one has a Good New Year in 2007. I pray that my health will get better and that we will have peace around the world.

Wonderful Day
Well I know I havent posted in here since before Christmas. I had a wonderful Christmas Day with my children(the ones that were able to come) I know most of you have read Beths blog of the account of our Christmas Day together with our family. We had a great day and she posted some pictures of the family on Christmas day. As you all know I am not smart enough yet on this blog to post pictures LOL. I have tried and just guess I dont hold my mouth the right way as they never appear in my blog LOL. After Christmas day I packed all of my Christmas decorations and tree away as to me after our get together with our children Christmas was over with for me. I got real smart and started reorganizing my art room. I packed all of my Christmas and fall art supplies away. Then I typed labels for all of my drawers of supplies so I could go and find what I needed. I was spending more time looking for something than making something. I still like my littler drawers with do dads labeling them. I receive so many wonderful treats from every one when I host a swap in ATCS, Books they really come in handy in my art projects. I really appreciate all those treats that I receive from all of my art friends.
Today was a wonderful day as my sweet Beth and I went out to my two sisters house and spent the day with them. We exchanged Christmas presents with one another. I got a beautiful Christma pillow and a beautiful cream color scarf with my initials on it. My sister fixed us a nice lunch. I made both of my sisters a YA YA Girls Book and knitted them a neck scarf. My oldest sister will be 87 years old in Feb and my other sister will be 85 in Feb. also. I am the baby of us three girls. I will be 78 in Feb. also. We were all borned in the month of Feb.
My oldest sister Adelaide is so sweet and bless her heart she is able to live by herself and cleans her appartment and cooks. She goes to all of her grand children and great grand childrens birthday parties and ball games. She really get around real good for her age. Her eye site is failing on her and she couldnt read the little book that I made her. Guess what Beth done she went to Walmart and got both of my sisters a magnify glass that went around their necks and rested on their chests so they could read the books. They both have the dry degenrating disease of the eyes like I have also, but my oldest sisters eyes are getting worse.
We left my sisters house in the afternoon and we just had to go by Hobby Lobby and Book A Million stores. We had both swore that our New Year Resolution was going to be not to buy any more card stock and supplies. Well 2007 isnt here yet and we bought more paper and supplies LOL. They had some of the most beautiful Valetine card stock and was on sale. We bought some stickers and stamps. We then went to bookstore and I bought 2 new art magazine and of course Beth bought some book on her new toy her camera that Santa Daniel gave her.
I spent the night with Beth last night so we could get up early to go to my sisters. Beth and I tried some new techniques out in the book that Beth gave me for Christmas. We finished our deco books ready to mail to the next person on the list in our round robin deco books.
Beth made some great pictures of our visit with my sisters. I want try to upload them in here as I am so dumb they never load in here. Maybe one of these days I will learn. Beth tried to show me how last night to do it but my old mind has already forgotter what she showed me LOL.
Wishing every one a Wonderful and A Happy New Year.

No!! I am not dead yet
I guess everyone that has checked my blogs are wondering if I surrvive Miss Jane visit. I really enjoyed her visit and I sure hated to see her leave. We had such a good time together. I also was so glad that Jill came up here on Wednesday to meet with Jane, Beth, Rosemary and me. We really enjoyed all of us meeting one another for the first time. It is so nice to meet your dear friends in person. I wish I could meet all of my art friends in person. Maybe one of these days I will. I hope to go to visit Jane this summer and I will get to meet Beth McVeigh also who lives fairly close to Janes house. I have been so busy after Jane left catching up on all of my art projects that we all goofed off while she was here and shopped two days while she was here. So I am just about caught up I hope. Finished making my Christmas Greeting Cards to send out today. I do have Judy Dicks Winter Wonderland Book to work in and I need to finished up making gift tins for my kids money that we give them every year. Oh well tomorrow is anothe day of work but it is the kind of work that I enjoy so much.
If you read the time this was posted you will see I couldn't sleep so I just finally got up at 3:30 A.M. My darn old leg and hip was hurting me so badly that I just got out of bed and turned the coffee pot on and here I am just a typeing away LOL. I am so tired of being in pain with my hip, back and leg. Nothing seems to help the pain and I surely dont want to get hooked on drugs. I didnt take a pain pill or muscle relaxer last night as I am so afraid I will get hooked on those darn things. I went to the Dr. last week and had a cortisone shot and he gave me pain patches and pain medicine. The shot helped my swelling in my feet but didnt ease my pain. They also made xrays of my hip and done a bone dinsity test on my back and hip. So far havent heard from these test yet. If I dont hear today I will call the Dr. today. I am so darn tired of hurting like this. Here I am a 77 years old woman that should be up running around like a chicken with its head cut off, but no I can hardley walk much less run. I see women my age that is all spruce up and dancing with a good looking old codger and here I sit and sit. Oh well guess I am just feeling sorry for myself. But Gee I would love to be able to travel and see a different scenery than Dickson. Guess I will just be contented to sit and do my arts and be thankful that I can get out of bed every morning. I have a lot to be thankful for. I have a good husband, very fortune that we have a good retirement and wonderful kids and family a good warm place to live in and food on the table. Our newspaper has been posting some sad stories about people on the Wish List that breaks my heart to read about. All I ask the Good Lord is for better health and continue to be able to get around.
Well guess I better get off of here as I have a lot of work to do today. Just wanted anyone that happens to come in here to check out my blog that I was still kicking, but not up a storm LOL.
Lisa I am so sorry about your Mom. May God Bless you and give you the strenght to see these holidays through without her.
Will try to do better on writing in my blog I promise for the New Year that will be one of my resolutions.

I hope they will let usen in the airport and not think we are terist with the big basket of stuff. I dont want them people to be feeling all over my body to chet me out as I may pee in my over alls. I know Bethrue will get a trill out of them checking her body out but not narry me.

As usual I havent been on my computer very much lately. My dear sister came up to visit me this past Sunday and stayed through Wednesday. We had so much fun while she was here. She is 87 years old but you wouldn't know it except she is on a walker dued to the fact that her balance isn't all that good. She falls a lot of the times. She doesnt let the walker stopped her from going. On monday we went to the Dollar Tree Store and I helped her pick out little trinkets for all of her 21 great grandchildren for Christmas. She has 15 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. Then we went to an outlet store there we bought ourselves a blazer a piece. Next we went to Taco Bell and had her favorite Mexican Pissa. We then went to Big Lot and from there we went to Walmart. Boy! were we tired when we got home. We both laugh about us being out together as she was on a walker and me with a cane. We said;" We bet everyone was making a comment that those two old lady should be in a nursing home or assistant living instead out in this cold shopping." Monday night my sister looked at my christmas cards that I had been making and she picked one out that she liked and ask me if I would make 12 for her to send to some special friends. I made her 12 cards and finished them up on Tuesday morning. I also made her 5 Christmas braceletts to give to some of her children. We played Mexican Train Dominoes and Skip Board. She beat me 3 times in dominoes and I beat her 3 times in Skipbo. We had so much fun being together. My other sister couldn't come as she was helping her son move. We really miss her not being with us.
I had to take my sister home on Wednesday in a pouring down rain. I could hardly see to drive it was raining so hard. It has been raining here ever since Wednesday. Right now it looks like the sun will shine today but yet is is only seven oclock so just dont know. I do know it is cold as krout here.
I am behind on my art project due to my sister visit with me but what the heck I got a break from my art and so enjoyed her visit with me. I forgot to mention that my sister couldn't get over all of the art pieces I had from all of my art friends. She understood why I was in it so big and spent most of my time in my art room. She would like to do all of the arts but her eye sight is getting bad. She did help me do some things with the braceletts and also some tags. She really bragged on all of my friends arts.
I went to the beauty shope yesterday and I got my nails sone and hair fixed and then met my hubby at Walmarts and got my grocery in. Came home and dropped in the recliner. I finally got up and fixed dinner and then went into my art room and started making a tag for the tag of the month. Decided to do the 4 chunky book pages that I am in a swap for. I just cant decide on collaging. I am not good at putting articles or pictures together in a collage, I dont think this old mind will cooperate with me LOL. I love to stamp and paint but collaging isnt my cup of tea as the old saying goes.
Well my hubby is up and ready for breakfast and I guess I better get off of here and get busy. Hope to really get with it in my arts today and finish up some of the projects. I want to be finished so I can enjoy Thanksgiving with my son Gary who might be able to come to see me. If he has a man to feed his horses. We always go to Beths for Thanksgiving and her husband does the dinner that day. If my son doesnt make it here we will go to Beths for the dinner. She always has such a good dinner. In fact 3 years ago on Thanksgiving day is when she got me into doing all of the arts that I am doing. I started out doing ATCS then went further up in all kind of arts. Beth I am so glad that you talked me into doing all of the arts. It has been a good theraphy for me.
I will try to post some pictures later on today of some of my arts and some of my friends arts.
Have a good weekend and A Wonderful Thanksgiving Day.

Getting ready for Janes visit!
Well Beth and I have been talking about all the fun we are going to have when our friend Jane comes down to visit in a couple of weeks. She has never been to visit before and we can't wait! We will be picking her up at the airport. We will probably use Beth's car, I sure hope Jane can climb up in it, its just a tad bit tall.
Of course if it snows, we will have to break down and use our luxury limo-motorhome, as it does come equiped with a snowplow.
I am gettin the house all decorated up for her. I know she has some knee problems and sure am hoping she will be able to manage the steps up to the Palace when we get her here.
I though I would decorate the house some for her, so we got Rudys santa hat out and put it on him for Jane to enjoy.
Also Sassy our sweet puppy is so excited,,she just can't quit grinning.
We thought if it was kind of warmish,,we might get the house boat out and take her for spin on the river.
But,,,the really biggist and funniest thing is going to be the Party we are having in her honor. All my nieghbors are going to coming over to meet her. Oh its going to be fun! One of our closest neighbor is name Billy Bob. He is into nature big time. In fact when Nature calls he can enjoy even then with his deluxe bathroom/front porch. Its ok Jane,,he is single at the present time. Although he frequently does seem to want to fight on the telephone with several of his ex wifes, but only when he has a case or two.
But the biggest surprise of all,,is that we just got a new hot tub. Of course most of the neighbors have been over to try it out already. But ,,,here is a glimpse of some the hotties that will be ready to do some "tubbin" with you Jane!!!!
Now Jane,,we aren't going to show you all the other exciting things we have planned for you here. This is just a small glimpse of the fun that you be experiencing here in Dickson. I know you can't wait to get here,,we can't either! Beth and I just wanted to get you ready for the fun time we will have! Enjoy and see you in 2 weeks!!!

As usual I haven' posted in my blog for several days. I have been so busy with my arts trying to catch up with all of the trades that I signed up for. I also had to put the tag books together with Beths help. We got all of tags made into books and mailed the books out to everyone that had signed up to make the books. I think every one really liked their books. I really did enjoyed hosting this tag book, so much that I am hosting another tag book for Christmas Celebrations. The group that I am in is ATCS and Alter Books. We have so many wonderful artists in our group it is such a pleasure to host a swap. I am in several other groups also. I have been making guilt squares for one group that we will make a book out of our quilt squares. Another group that I am in we are making quilt squares also out of fabric and I plan to make a quilt wall hanger out of those squares when we have finished swapping our squares. This is something new for me and I am not all that good in quilting. I have tried to sew on my machine a sating stitch around cut outs of material and with my old eyes I am afraid I have made something of a mess with outlining the pieces that I attached with satin stiches on my sewing machine.
Nothing new going on at my house. My hubby eye surgery was canceled for last Thursday as the Dr. had an infection that went to his blood stream and was in ICU. They called and set up an appointment for November 2nd for his surgery. I so hated it for him as he has another two weeks to dread the surgery. His son from Oklahoma came to be with him for his surgery and drive us to hospital and see Dr. after his surgery. Robbie is a fine man and not married and he has heart problems and on disable to drive long distant truch driver so they retired him. He is a big help to us.
Beth and I went to the stamp show this past Saturday and really enjoyed seeing all of the goodies that the vendors had. And of course I spent until I was broke. Bought some unmounted stamps, color pencils, chalk and metal paper. We done some take and goes also. Learned how to emboss on metal sheets. I hope I can remember how to do this. May have to wait until Beth and I get together for her to help me remember all of the steps in doing this. We also met Rosemary at the show. It was so wonderful to meet one of our new members in our ATC group in person. We had been in touch with Rosemary through the posting on message board and email but it was so great to meet her in person. She is a sweetie and we are hoping to get together soon with her again. My friend Jane in our group is coming to see me the last of November and I am really looking forward to seeing her. She is in our ATC group also. Rosemary will meet her also and Jill from Alabama will come up and meet Jane also. It is so wonderful to meet your friend for the first time face to face. I wish I could meet all of my friends that I have made through my art groups. Guess I want be able to do that as I cant travel all that much. I have friends all over the U.S. that I have made through my art groups. Jane is the moderator of ATC and it is the first group that I joined when I started my arts. That was 2 years ago when Beth got me into going back to doing my crafts and arts.
My hubby just now got up this morning so I guess I better get off of here and prepare breakfast. I got up around five this morning and been reading all of the blogs. Every ones blogs are so interesting and pictures are great. Rosemary really had an interesting blog on her trip to Europe. My blog is very dull as my life is kind of dull LOL. I guess when you get my age and failing health you have to slow down and your life may become kind of dull. My life may be dull but I try to make it full of happiness and love all of my family and friends. What does people have that doesn't have a family and friends!!! I am so thankful for my wonderful family and friends and enjoy life to the fullness even if my life is dull and boring at times. Just plain old me but happy that I am able to get up every morning and enjoy each day.
I am taking theraphy for my Parkinson and back and balance in walking. I go three times a week and it is really strenghtening my legs and my balance in walking is getting better. Beth and I took my walker with a seat that lets down to the Stamping show and that really helped. I have three more weeks of theraphy to do. I don't get much art work done going three times a week. I plan on continueing my exercises at home even after I finished the theraphy as it is helping me so much.
I will try to continue my story soon as I can and sorry that I havent finished it yet. I dont know if any of you have read it or not but it is a true story and has a surprise for the ending of it.
Got to fix breakfast for my hubby now. See you later.
